Celebrating Community and Culture at our 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner

Our community came together for the Chinese Community Council's annual Mid-Autumn Festival dinner and what an extraordinary evening it was!

The venue was buzzing with excitement, warmth, and the unmistakable sense of belonging that defines our community. It was a true celebration of tradition, connection, and the vibrant culture that makes our community so special.

Connecting with Local Leaders

The evening offered a wonderful opportunity to bridge community and leadership. We were honoured to welcome local Members of Parliament, including Matt Cross (Member for Davidson), Tim James (Member for Willoughby), Mark Coure (Member for Oatley), Shaoquett Moselmane, Nahoom Oh (Director of the National Foundation of Australia-China Relations) and our Council President, Kingsley Liu, who together celebrated this special occasion with attendees.

Star-Studded Entertainment and Special Guests

The energy in the room was incredible as our lineup of special guests took centre stage. We were treated to captivating performances by talented musicians Ai Diem Le and Michael Quan, side-splitting laughs from guest comedian, Tiang Lim, and fantastic appearances by actress Gabby Chan. The entertainment brought everyone together in shared laughter and applause, creating moments that will be talked about for months to come.

Meaningful Conversations and Memories

Beyond the food and the stars, the true magic of the night lived in the conversations. Across every table, generations connected, new friendships were forged, and old stories were shared in an atmosphere designed for togetherness.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, to our incredible performers, local leaders, and the hardworking team who brought this magical night to life. We are already looking forward to next year's celebration!
